My Story and Approach
My career in the mental health and counselling fields began with a natural gravitation toward supporting others during their most challenging moments. This calling led me to pursue specialized training in relationship health, where I realized that our connections with others are the very foundation of our well-being.

As I progressed through my postgraduate studies, I became fascinated by the "why" behind human connection—how we get stuck in cycles of conflict and, more importantly, how we find our way back to safety. Today, I use that insight to help couples and individuals move from a place of dissatisfaction to one of genuine belonging.
