Over 16 weeks, couples work to stabilise conflict, repair attachment injuries, and develop healthier communication patterns, creating a stronger and more resilient relationship moving forward.

In The Relationship Repair program, you and your partner will work on the core skills and habits that rebuild trust, connection, and safety. You’ll focus on practical strategies to reduce conflict, understand each other better, and strengthen your relationship for the long term.

Program Structure
The Relationship Repair follows a structured counselling process designed to stabilise the relationship dynamic and build new communication skills over time.
• 1 × 90-minute joint assessment session
• 2 × 60-minute individual assessment sessions
• 15 × 90-minute joint counselling sessions
Assessment Phase Fee: $610
Remaining Program Fee: $4,200
Total Program Fee: $4,810
The Goal
By the end of The Relationship Repair, couples will have rebuilt trust, improved communication, and developed healthier ways of managing conflict and emotional stress within the relationship. They will also have a clearer understanding of the patterns that have shaped their relationship and practical tools to create a safer, more supportive connection moving forward.
Most couples complete the program feeling more emotionally secure, more connected as partners, and better equipped to navigate challenges together while maintaining trust, respect, and long-term relational stability.
