Hi, I'm Kay.
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware - but still find themselves feeling stuck, uncertain, or repeating the same dynamics in relationships.
I’m a relationship counsellor based in Sydney, working with individuals and couples who feel stuck, uncertain, or caught in recurring relationship patterns.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening more clearly, and support you to move forward in a more grounded and intentional way.
How I work
My approach is structured, evidence-informed, and focused on real change - not just insight.
Together, we work to:
-
understand your relationship patterns and dynamics
-
identify what’s maintaining current difficulties
-
strengthen communication and emotional regulation
-
support clearer, more confident decision-making
I integrate approaches including CBT, ACT, and attachment-based therapy to help translate understanding into practical, lasting change.
What makes this work different
Counselling isn’t about fixing people.
It’s about understanding how your experiences, patterns, and responses are shaping your relationships - and learning how to work with them differently.
Clients often come in feeling:
-
stuck or confused
-
caught in familiar patterns
-
unsure how to move forward
And begin to experience:
-
greater clarity and direction
-
less reactivity and overthinking
-
more confidence in their decisions and relationships
