Hi, I'm Kay.
I’m a relationship counsellor based in Sydney, working with individuals and couples who feel stuck, uncertain, or caught in recurring relationship patterns.
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware - but still find themselves feeling stuck, uncertain, or repeating the same dynamics in relationships.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening more clearly, and support you to move forward in a more grounded and intentional way.

Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling
