How the program works
All couples begin with an initial Assessment Phase (for purchase separately). This allows us to understand your relationship and determine the most appropriate structure for the work.
Once the assessment phase has been completed, you'll move into the core sessions:
The program then includes:
-
12 × 90-minute joint couples sessions
-
Sessions are structured, focused, and tailored to your relationship needs.
Reviews will be conducted regularly to ensure the pace is right for where you are, and any other supports you may need throughout the program.
Why a structured approach matters
This is a structured therapeutic process for couples navigating the impact of infidelity or relational betrayal. The process supports emotional stabilisation, meaning-making, trust repair where possible, and informed relational decision-making.
After betrayal, relationships often move between emotional overwhelm, avoidance, and repeated conflict.
A structured program provides:
-
containment during emotional intensity
-
clear therapeutic direction
-
space for both partners to process safely
-
support for rebuilding trust step-by-step
There is no predetermined outcome. The process supports clarity and informed choice for both partners.
What changes over time
Couples often move from:
-
shock and emotional reactivity → emotional stabilisation
-
confusion and mistrust → clarity and understanding
-
distance and shutdown → structured communication
-
uncertainty → informed direction
Not sure if this is right for you?
This can feel overwhelming to navigate alone. The initial Assessment Phase helps clarify what support is needed and whether this program is the right fit.
